DESCRIPTION:
A Specially formulated white water based emulsion rubber latex primer
Once applied, dries to a clear finish.

USAGE:
Used as primer for Flashband

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Stir well. Flashband Primer should be applied to a clean, dust and oil-free surface. Normally one coat is sufficient but porous surfaces may require additional coats. This should be allowed to dry thoroughly before applying Flashband.

MEDICAL ADVICE:
Contact with skin - wash off with soap and water.
